Congress' Bharat Jodo Yatra covered a distance of 3,570 kilometers and entered Delhi on Saturday. The yatra will remain at a halt for a few days and will resume in January 2023.  On Monday, Rahul Gandhi visited the memorials of Mahatma Gandhi and several former prime ministers in Delhi wearing only a trouser and a t-shirt. He did not have any warm clothes on him in the cold Delhi weather. The social media users were amused to see Rahul Gandhi step out without warm clothes in the chilling cold and had a lot of questions to ask.

Here are some of the reactions of the baffled users

A user named Anveshka Das on Twitter commented "सच में पैसों में बहुत गर्मी होती है ... T- Shirt😜" which roughly translates to "Really money has a lot of heat... T- Shirt 😜"

On Monday morning when Delhi witnessed the temperature dip to as low as 6 degree Celsius, Rahul Gandhi visited several memorials in Delhi like Rajghat, Vijay Ghat, Shakti Sthal, Veer Bhumi, Sadaiv Atal, etc to pay floral tributes to the former prime ministers of the nation. He did that while wearing just a T-shirt and a trouser. He even walked barefoot to pay homage to them.

A user called Kish@10 tweeted about this and said "#RahulGandhi ko PM banao kiyu ki woh Thandi mein T shirt pahankar Ghumte hai. 🤡🤡" which roughly translates to "Make Rahul Gandhi PM because he braves cold while wearing just a T-shirt. 🤡🤡"

A meme was posted on a Facebook group that compared Amit Shah and Rahul Gandhi on the basis of their resistance to cold. On the one hand Gandhi can be seen wearing just a T-shirt, on the other hand, Shah was wrapped in a shawl and muffler. The caption of this post read "Dono ki umar mein kuch zyada antar to nahi hoga??"

Another user called Lakshman Karkal questioned Gandhi's secret to such high resistance to cold during the Yatra. He tweeted "What is the secret of @RahulGandhi 's energy, his fitness level? His resistance power is so high that he is walking in chilling cold in Northern India wearing a just T shirt. God bless him for Good health to lead India in the coming days."

"In morning temperature of Delhi was 9 degree Celsius. Only in T shirt ? Itni energy kahan se laate ho bhai @RahulGandhi," wrote another surprised user.

On being asked by the media as to why he is not wearing warm clothes in such low temperatures, Rahul Gandhi said, "They keep asking me how I do not feel cold. But they do not ask the farmer, the worker, poor children, this question."
