In the video, Khan is seen scolding the officials for making him walk through a dirt-filled road.
"You were placed in garbage. Is this why we brought you here? What kind of road is this? Is this the kind of road we will travel on?" Khan told the official.
"Did Modiji instruct you to make me walk through this? Had I slipped, It would have become a joke on national television," he lambasted.

I will collect the certificate later. But tell me, can you walk on this road? This is not good. I am still the minister. Until the new government is sworn-in, I have the right to take action against you,” he added.
Amid the Modi-wave in UP, Khan was able to retain the Rampur city Assembly seat for the ninth time after defeating Shiv Bahadur Saxena of BJP by 47,000 votes.
In the 2012 Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections, the margin of Khan's victory was above 60,000.
Khan's son Abdullah Azam has also been elected from Swar Tanda constituency. He defeated Nawab Kazim Ali Khan of BSP and BJP's Laxmi Saini.
