The drill involved various agencies, including the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), the Delhi Police, the National Security Guard (NSG), and local emergency services such as the fire department and the traffic police. Elite units from these agencies, along with their Israeli counterparts, participated in simulated terrorist incident response scenarios during day and night sessions.

The Delhi Traffic Police managed traffic control in the area, ensuring minimal disruption during the exercise.

The collaboration exemplified the countries' commitment to global security, by refining their coordination, communication, and operational procedures, and highlighted the benefits of sharing best practices in counter-terrorism operations.
