NEW DELHI: Gujarat BJP MP KC Patel has alleged that a gang led by a woman has threatened to register a rape case and release objectionable pictures of his if he doesn’t agree to pay her Rs 5 crore.
The Lok Sabha MP from Valsad in his complaint said that he was drugged and filmed in an objectionable position by a gang led by the woman, who demanded extortion money of Rs 5 crore.
The MP in his complaint claimed that he accompanied the woman at her house in Ghaziabad where he was given a drink mixed with sedatives. When he regained consciousness, he realized that he was “honeytrapped” by the blackmailing ring and immediately approached the police to file an FIR.

The police has registered an FIR has under section 384 (extortion) of the IPC.
However, the alleged woman claims she was repeatedly raped by MP at his house. She said she was raped on “several other occasions” and alleged that the Delhi Police had refused to file an FIR.
Speaking to newsagency ANI, Patel said, “These are all false allegations, I have full faith in law; will cooperate in the investigation.”
A special team has reportedly been formed by Delhi Police to investigate the matter.
