The men sabotaged a wall inside the mosque and also attacked the people who were offering Namaz inside. Speakers installed for Azan were also destroyed.
The people of the Muslim community said that they also received death threats from the people.
As per the people present, some people who were angered by the sound of Azan coming from the speaker, broke into the mosque and shattered the interiors of it.
The people of the Muslim community said they feel scared at such incident of vandalism.
They said they had to leave their Namaz prayers in between. They collectively went to the Kunjpura police station to complain about the matter.
Police has started an investigation based on the complaint of the community people.
