New Delhi: Telangana IT minister KT Rama Rao has been invited to speak at Harvard India Conference 2022.


Set to be held virtually from February 18-20, Minister KTR will address the conference as its keynote speaker on February 20 at 6.30pm IST.


Thanking the organisers for the invitation, KTR said he would share his thoughts on Telangana's effective Policy Design and Implementation, IT driven growth of Telangana, EoDB, women-centric business incubators, and the developmental vision for 2030.




The theme of this year’s conference is ‘India @ 2030 – A Transformational Decade’, said his official release on Friday.


The conference, that will see its 19th edition this year, has a legacy of hosting conversations with India’s top politicians, business leaders, government officials, academics, artists, athletes, philanthropists, engaging over meaningful dialogue on India’s path to global recognition.


Meanwhile, BioAsia, the largest annual global Biotechnology and Life Sciences convention of Asia, starting on February 24, will feature an insightful session between Bill Gates, co-founder of Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Minister KTR.


The highlight of the 2022 edition will be a fireside chat between KTR and Bill Gates around a range of themes, including the Covid-19 pandemic, learnings during the past two years, emerging healthcare trends and what can be done to strengthen the global healthcare system going forward.
