New Delhi: The Lok Sabha Privileges Committee will decide the next course of action on the letter addressed to it by MP Navneet Rana and her husband MLA Ravi Rana against casteist slurs while in the custody of Mumbai police on May 23, said sources. After being discharged from Lilavati Hospital, MP Navneet Rana is once again vocal against Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray. She said that she and her husband Ravi will go directly to Delhi from Rana Khar's house today.
According to the sources, Rana will visit the Ministry of Home Affairs. During this, as per protocol, Navneet Rana will meet the Speaker of Lok Sabha and will also complain about the whole matter.

Earlier, Lok Sabha MP Navneet Rana was admitted to JJ Hospital in Mumbai from Byculla Jail on Thursday morning for the treatment of spondylosis. She was discharged from the hospital three days later on Sunday. Navneet challenges Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray to contest and win any seat of his choice in the state as she will stand against him in the upcoming elections.
She also announced plans to campaign for the upcoming Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) elections. Navneet, who was released after 12 days in jail, declared, 'Leave aside 14 days, we are ready to stay in jail for 14 years if [chanting] Hanuman Chalisa and taking the name of Lord Ram is a crime. If they think a woman's voice can be subdued through jail, a woman will not yield [to pressure] in 14 days. Our fight is a fight for the name of God and I will continue it,' she told mediapersons.
