Payal, a female constable, was posted at Surajpur court then. While facing trial for the murder, Thasrana used to briefly meet Payal at the courtroom and both developed a mutual liking for each other.
Thasrana stepped into the world of crime in 2008 after joining the Anil Dujana gang.
Payal was reportedly smitten by Thasrana and made up her mind to get married to the gangster despite being quite aware of his credentials.
Their love story of the couple is being talked about now because of Rahul sharing photographs of his marriage with Payal on the social media.
The time and location of the wedding has not been disclosed by the couple but certan reports say they got hitched while he was out on bail in 2017.
On the other hand, Payal's senior officers are clueless about the wedding. Payal was posted at the Gautam Buddha Nagar police station. "We are verifying where this woman is posted right now. Action is likely against her," said SP (rural) Ranvijay Singh was quoted by news agency IANS.
The marriage has now embarrassed the state police force.
Reports say Payal has been seen a couple of times visiting the village of Thasrana off late but the latter’s whereabouts are still not known.
