New Delhi: Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri responded to the opposition's protest regarding the disqualification of Rahul Gandhi, stating that they are attempting to race an ass in a horse's competition. He added that the opposition needs to reflect upon their actions and that the citizens of India will judge them accordingly. Instead of invoking Mahabharat and Savarkar, Puri suggested that they challenge the court's decision in a legal manner.
News agency ANI has shared a video in which Puri is heard saying, "...You are getting an ass to run a horse's race...They really deserve to do some serious introspection...People of India would judge them for what they are...Fight Court's action in the Court, you are invoking Mahabharat and Savarkar."
