New Delhi: Senior NCP leader Nawab Malik on Tuesday raised questions on Kashif Khan, one of the organisers of the cruise party where the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) launched a raid last month.

The Maharashtra Minister alleged Kashif Khan is being saved by the NCB. He also claimed that Kashif Khan and NCB's Mumbai zonal director Sameer Wankhede has a "strong relationship".

Malik also tweeted supposed chats between NCB witness K P Gosavi and an informer from Delhi, claiming that they were pre-planning to catch the people attending the Cruise party.

Sameer Wankhede - Kashif Khan Relation:

As per the NCP leader, the Delhi-based "informer" notified Gosavi about "Kashif Khan and one White Dubey".

"Why isn't Kashif Khan being interrogated?" the minister raised questions alleging a "strong relationship" between Kashif Khan and Sameer Wankhede.

He stated that the Russian mafia is involved in the narcotics trade in Goa and NCB's Mumbai branch has jurisdiction over Goa.

While alleging Sameer Wankhede's relation with Khasif Khan, Malik said, "There is no action in Goa because the drug racket thrives through Kashif Khan."

He stated Kashif Khan was the subject of multiple suspected forgery cases and questioned why the NCB was attempting to save him.

Who is K P Gosavi?

K P Gosavi is a witness for the NCB in the cruise drugs case, in which at least 20 persons were detained, including actor Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan, after a raid on October 2.

The Maharashtra Police Department detained Gosavi last month for alleged forgery.
