New Delhi: The Delhi Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) president Manoj Tiwari sang a song but this time, for a change, it was not for a movie or a video album.

BJP leader sang the song praising those standing in queues, after demonetisation, for taking out their hard earned cash.

He also called them ‘patriots’ in the song.

"Deshbhakt hai katar mein, lagi hai bhari bheed", (In queue, patriots are standing) he sang amid applauds.

He sang a song during a program in the Moti Bagh area of the national capital, on Sunday.

Interestingly, in the new year season, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also come out with his "lucky draw scheme" under which those making online payments/transactions will get Rs 1000 if their name come out in the draw which will be held on 25th December.
