As far as the hotels are concerned, it has been decided that the Hotel will be allowed to open in NCT of Delhi in all the areas outside the Containment zones, subject to the strict compliance of the SOPs issued in this regard by the Ministry of Health and Family welfare. However, as notified earlier this week, the gymnasiums will remain shut under Unlock 3.0

Delhi government led by Aam Aadmi Party’s Arvind Kejriwal has been keen on reopening of hotels, gyms and weekly markets in Delhi. It had even sent a proposal in this regard twice to Baijal citing the decline in the number of COVID- 19 cases in the national capital.

On July 30, Delhi government decided to end night curfew and allow more economic activities, including the normal functioning of hospitality services.
