New Delhi: A ruckus could be seen at Kerala House in the national capital on Saturday afternoon, after a mentally unstable man entered the premises with a knife; where Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan was present.

The man, who was a resident of Delhi, came with some documents and a national flag in his shirt’s pocket.

He tried to barge into the Kerala house but was held by the security officers.

As per the police, the man constantly urged to see Chief Minister, with a knife in his hand.

The man could later be seen screaming and telling that ‘I am a Keralite’.

The police further asserted that the man was ‘80% mentally unstable and was later sent to Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences'.
