A Delhi Court on Monday granted three-day interim bail to senior Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Manish Sisodia to attend his niece's wedding. Last week the court also allowed Sisodia to meet his ailing wife once a week.
Special judge M K Nagpal of Rouse Avenue court in Delhi granted the interim relief to Sisodia from February 13-15 in the corruption and money laundering cases against him, PTI reported.
Earlier, the Delhi court directed the CBI to submit a detailed report in sealed cover on the aspect of the status of the investigation. His regular bail plea is also pending before the Delhi court. The court had extended judicial custody of Sisodia till February 22 in the CBI's case.

The investigative agency told the Delhi court that the investigation of 16 accused in the case has been completed and requested the court to proceed with the arguments on charges against the accused in the case.
Sisodia had moved the Delhi court seeking regular bail in the alleged Delhi Excise policy scam. He has also prayed for custody parole for two days to meet his ailing wife every week.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) arrested Sisodia in February, 2023 in connection with a money laundering case in implementation of the now-scrapped Delhi Excise Policy 2021-22. Sisodia was sent to Enforcement Directorate's (ED) custody on March 9 from Tihar jail.
Last week, the Supreme Court also agreed to hear the former Delhi deputy-CM's curative petition against the top court's previous order denying him bail in the alleged Delhi Liquor Policy scam. Sisodia will complete a year in jail on February 26.
Assurance from the apex court came after Senior Advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi mentioned Sisodia's curative petition to the Chief Justice of India. Earlier, the top court had dismissed the review petition against the Supreme Court verdict that denied bail to Sisodia.
