As covid-19 cases decreased drastically in the country, India resumed regular international flights on March 27. The new schedule is effective until October 29, 2022.
However, with the resuming of international flights, the risk of infection may rise again as India’s neighbour China is grappling with the fourth wave.
In order to deal with the fourth wave and curb the virus’ spread, China has started imposing lockdowns again.
Earlier this week, China imposed lockdown in Shanghai where half of the population has been shut indoors while the other half can move out as of now.
In a few days, the lockdown plan of the city will be shuffled and the other half will be put on lockdown.
