During the course of searches conducted today 2 TRF operatives namely Tawseef Ahmed Wani r/o village Bangdara, District Baramulla and Faiz Ahmed Khan r/o village Panzat, Wampora, District Anantnag have been arrested for their involvement in the conspiracy, it added.

Union Minister Ajay Kumar Mishra’s son Ashish Mishra was arrested on Saturday after over 11 hours of questioning in connection with the Lakhimpur Kheri violence incident. The nine-member SIT headed by Saharanpur Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Upendra Agarwal arrested the Union Minister’s son after quizzing him for more than 11 hours.
Mishra will be produced before the court today as informed by senior officials.
The Samyukt Kisan Morcha said the farm unions will block train movement on October 18 and hold a mahapanchayat in Lucknow on October 28.
