New Delhi: The fourth day of the Legislative Assembly was off to a very chaotic start on Thursday, when BJP Minister Jivesh Mishra's car was stopped allegedly to let the DM & SP's cars go. While speaking to the media he said, that because of the SP and DM of Patna, his car has been stopped from coming to the assembly.


Jivesh Mishra told the media that he will now go to the house only after the suspension of the officers.

He further said that a policeman stopped the car and the DM and SP's car went out from the front. He told the media, "We are the government and was stopped for SP and DM. Where is the law to stop the minister's vehicle because of the SP and DM's car? I will not go inside the house until the officer who has stopped the vehicle is suspended."


On Tuesday RJD MLA Bhai Virendra and BJP MLA Sanjay Saraogi had clashed in the assembly premises during which they hurled abuses at each other. After the media showed up, the matter calmed down.


RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav demanded the resignation of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar after empty liquor bottles were found on the premises of the state Legislative Assembly on November 30, 2021. Taking to Twitter, Tejashwi Yadav said Nitish Kumar, who also holds the Home portfolio, doesn't deserve to remain in power for a second more. Yadav said the incident exposed the real picture of prohibition in Bihar.
