New Delhi: In Bihar, the much-awaited expansion of the Nitish Kumar-led cabinet took place on Friday with 21 leaders taking oath as state ministers. Following the cabinet expansion, the swearing-in ceremony was held late evening at Raj Bhavan, marking the formal induction of the new ministers into their roles. Notably, six out of 12 BJP leaders to be sworn in are first-time ministers.


 7th Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar Renu Devi is among the ministers to take oath.








The most surprising thing in this list is that many new faces have been inducted into the cabinet. 


The list of ministers sworn in from the BJP quota includes a total of 12 names. These individuals are:


1) Mangal Pandey
2) Aruna Devi
3) Neeraj Bablu
4) Nitish Mishra
5) Nitin Naveen
6) Janak Ram
7) Kedar Gupta
8) Dilip Jaiswal
9) Hari Sahni
10) Krishna Nandan Paswan
11) Surendra Mehta
12) Santosh Singh


Nitish Kumar, with the support of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), was sworn in as the Chief Minister of Bihar on January 28. This event followed his earlier resignation from the post after he ended ties with the RJD and the Congress in the state.

Nitish Kumar cited the inability to fulfill promises made to the people and internal differences within the coalition as primary reasons for his resignation. However, hours later formed a new government in Bihar with the backing of the BJP.
