Soon after the incident, an alarm was raised and authorities were informed who made arrangements for her safety and to provide the girl with oxygen.
Speaking on the incident SDRF official Sanjeev Kumar said, “We’ve placed rods to ensure that she doesn’t fall further down”. The official also told that it may take a further few hours to get the girl out as the depth is too much.
The girl is being provided with all basic survival material and the rescue work is on since yesterday.
