New Delhi: In a new twist in Bhopal jailbreak case, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan's government has denied NIA inquiry into the entire episode, on Wednesday.

The BJP ruled state has said no to the NIA investigation into the matter.

Earlier in the day, the Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has visited the Bhopal Central Jail to take stock of security situation after Bhopal jailbreak.

On Tuesday, he had also arrived at the residence of Ramashankar Yadav, the head constable who was killed by the SIMI terrorists.

On the occasion, CM broke his silence and said-“Some political leaders cannot see the martyrdom of our jawans” and added “He (Ramashankar Yadav) sacrificed his life fighting against terrorists, came here to pay my last tributes to him”.

“Some people are doing politics for vote bank on this matter which is condemnable, one must refrain from doing these things”, he added.

On Tuesday, MoS Home Kiren Rijiju also said-“We should stop this habit of raising doubt, questioning the authorities and police, facts will come out.”

MP Home Minister said that no investigation was needed in the case.

“Whenever terrorists are killed in an encounter, there are a few people in our country who raise doubts especially Congressmen”, said MP Home Minister Bhupendra Singh and added “No investigation needed, police has provided all the info. NIA will only investigate their connections”, reported ANI.

However, Congress leader Digvijaya Singh while questioning the encounter said, reported ANI,-“Why do only Muslims break out of jail and not Hindus.”
