New Delhi: Dramatic scenes were witnessed at the Parliament premises as Union Minister Ashwini Choubey, and Congress MP Pradip Bhattacharya got into an argument.

The heated exchange between the parliamentarians was caught on cameras.

“Illegal Bangladeshi migrants need to be banished,” Choubey was heard shouting. On the other hand, Bhattacharya kept maintaining that BJP chief Amit Shah misquoted former PM Rajiv Gandhi’s comments in the Rajya Sabha. (WATCH BELOW)

The NRC issue in Assam has brought the ruling NDA government and the Opposition at loggerheads in the Parliament where transacting business has again looked difficult to compile.

Asked about the altercation, Choubey told ABP News, “Be it West Bengal or Assam, Bangaldeshi infiltrators need to be thrown out quickly. They are involved in terror activities. India is not a Dharamsala to harbour them.”
