New Delhi: The Chief Minister of Delhi and AAP's national convener, Arvind Kejriwal finally on Monday broke his silence and said "Truth will win."

"Truth will win and it all begin from special session of Delhi Vidhan Sabha tomorrow", tweeted CM.




AAP rebel leader Kapil Mishra was suspended from the party on Monday evening following PAC meeting.

Interestingly, rebel and ousted AAP leader Kapil Mishra on Monday, dared party leaders to expel him from the party. "Will never leave AAP", he said in the press conference held in evening.

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Monday held its PAC meeting at 7 pm in the national capital.

Meanwhile, party termed bribery allegations against CM Arvind Kejriwal as a part of a "big conspiracy being hatched against AAP by BJP through Kapil Mishra". Addressing the media, Senior leader Sanjay Singh said Mishra is speaking the language of BJP.

AAP also made clear that Arvind Kejriwal will not resign.

"No question of Kejriwal's resignation. The entire party stands united in his support. Mishra's allegations are baseless," said AAP.

Speaking to media ahead of ACB visit, Kapil Mishra on Monday morning said “Perform a lie detection test on the three of us and the truth will come in front of everyone”.

The anti-corruption bureau has already initiated a probe against Kejriwal over the corruption charges.

Aam Aadmi Party legislator Kapil Mishra met the ACB offcials and submitted documents in support of his allegations against Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal that he had delayed the probe into a Rs 400 crore water tanker scam.

Mishra alleged that the investigation into the water tanker scam that dated back to Sheila Dikshit's tenure as chief minister was delayed by Kejriwal.

"I informed the ACB about the misuse of the government money by the AAP. I also told that the state government tried to shield Sheila Dikshit and have given information of the tanker scam to the ACB," he said after leaving from the ACB office.

Mishra also declared he is the witness of the alleged scam and said, “I have provided the basic evidences and details on tanker scam. I am the complainant and witness too”.

“I have been called for recording my statement again I am going to CBI to register a case against Mr. Kejriwal. Those who think these allegations are a joke, time will tell them” he added.
