On June 4, 2017 a seventeen-year-old girl was gang-raped in Unnao, Uttar Pradesh, and BJP leader Kuldeep Singh Sengar was found guilty and was later imprisoned. In Lamba’s video she lambasts the Yogi government over the incident and says that “had he been a father he would have understood the pain of the rape victim’s father.”

She also said that the government makes hollow promises of 'Beti Bachao' and the party is only interested in caste and religion politics. She also directed her criticism on Modi and said  ‘I spit on your face’ and calls both the leaders 'impotent'. The video which is dated April 9, 2018, on Youtube was tweeted by her on 25 May 2020. Lamba has said that the video is almost 2 years old and has been viewed by several people.
