According to the video & information shared by news agency ANI, a meet was organised to pay tribute and offer prayers for the 20 martyrs of the violent faceoff between troops of Indian and Chinese army in Ladakh's Galwan Valley.

Reportedly, both workers were looking to get a photograph clicked and the clash between the two erupted over the same.

The workers exchanged blows and kicked each other, while others present at the tribute meeting were shocked by the sudden escalation.

Reports also suggest that the two individuals have had differences in the past and have not been in good terms, which also explains how matters heated up so quickly.

Besides the clash, participants also seemed to have neglected social distancing norms by sitting and standing so close to each other which directly go against the advice to maintain a minimum distance.
