New Delhi: How life changes, a perfect example of this has come from Bastadi, Uttarakhand where a person who is recently set free wants to go back to jail. 

Pushkar Bhatt, who spent 20 years in jail now appeals to administration to put him back behind bars.

Reason?

He said, reported ANI, "When I returned I saw my village had been ruined in a natural disaster, now no inhabitants here, have nothing to do, I feel scared also'.
