The tech giant announced its next big event by sending a virtual invite ‘Hi, Speed' to certain media platforms on Tuesday stating that it will be held on October 13 and begin at 10 a.m. PDT (10:30 p.m. IST).
Apple is expected to release four models of the iPhone 12: the 5.4-inch iPhone 12 Mini, the 6.1-inch iPhone 12, the 6.1-inch iPhone 12 Pro and the 6.7-inch iPhone 12 Pro Max.
Recently, it was reported that the upcoming iPhone 12 can be priced between $699 to $749 while the iPhone 12 Max can cost around $799-849. The Pro and Pro Max models are expected to be priced between $1,100 to $1,200.

The iPhone 12 Pro may be packed with a high refresh-rate 120Hz ProMotion display, as with iPad Pro. All four iPhone models are expected to come with OLED displays and 5G support.
The entry-level iPhone 12 may have a 64GB storage and be available in six colours such as black, white, blue, red, yellow as well as coral.
Apple's 'Time Flies' event last month brought in iPad Air, Apple Watch Series 6 and the lower cost variant Apple Watch SE. However, fans who expected the new iPhone 12 series launch were left disappointed. Will the wait be finally over? The October 13 event will provide the answer.
