NEW DELHI: Chinese telecommunication company ZTE launched a smaller version of the Axon 7, dubbed as the ZTE Axon 7 Mini at the IFA tech fair in Berlin.


Priced at 299 Euros (approximately Rs 22,200), the ZTE Axon 7 Mini powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 processor, paired with 3GB of RAM and has 32GB of internal memory which can be expanded up to 128GB via microSD card.

The 5.5-inch Full-HD AMOLED, 1080x1920 pixel resolution, display device packs 16MP rear camera with f / 1.9 aperture lens and phase detection autofocus, and a 6MP front camera with f / 2.2 aperture.

The Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system running ZTE Axon 7 Mini is powered by a 2705 mAh capacity battery which supports quick-charging.

The smartphone uses USB Type-C. The smartphone flaunts a metal unibody and dual front facing speakers.

The ZTE will launch its Axon 7 mini in India and in the markets of US, Russia, Germany, Spain, Poland, Japan and Australia.
