A 3,000mAh battery powers the smartphone and the company has provided type-C charging. The device runs Android 8.1 Oreo OS.

The Lenovo A5 comes with 5.45-inch HD 18:9 screen with 80.3 per cent screen-to-body ratio, the company said adding that it would be available in black and gold colours. The company is offering the phone in 2GB RAM + 16GB ROM and 3GB RAM + 32GB memory variants. There is a 4,000mAh battery with intelligent power-saving feature that ensures uninterrupted use of your phone throughout the day, the company claimed. The smartphone also comes with a face unlock feature as well as a fingerprint recognition system.

While Lenovo K9 has been priced in India at Rs 8,999, Lenovo A5 will feature two storage options: 2GB RAM/16GB internal memory, as well as 3GB RAM/32GB internal memory. Both variants of the phone have been priced at Rs 5,999 and Rs 6,999 respectively.
