RBI has also stated yield curve is a public good, this is the reiteration of its stance. However, market players was disappointed as they expected specific measures like an increase in HTM limits, OMO calendar. How the market behaves will depend upon how RBI follows with its statement. RBI governor has stated the CRR hike would allow them to do more measures to see to it that the borrowing program goes off smoothly. This may be a tussle between the bond markets traders and RBI , if RBI does not do convincing measures, traders would take the yield higher.”

The central bank keeping the policy stance accommodative indicates its intention to act on rates if the need arises. After the FM, RBI Governor has projected above 10% GDP growth for next year. CPI inflation trajectory by RBI indicates supply situation issues normalizing.
A gradual two-step CRR normalization is a step in the right direction, what needs to be seen is RBI conducting.

Narendra Singh Tomar questioned the opposition and Farmers in Rajya Sabha that What is Black in these Farm Laws? Tomar also said, "We are not the kind of government who will promote bloodshed, it is the idea of Congress?' Tomar also said that Farm Laws are beneficial for the farmers and raised the points on different rules of contract farming in various states. Tomar said, "In Punjab's contract farming rule, A Farmer can go to jail if he does wrong'. Indian Govt doesn't have anything like that,"

Tension mounts at Joypur after local BJP leader alleged that TMC goons tried to set the stage on fire. Bottles filled with petrol were recovered from the spot. The police reached the spot last night to bring the situation under control. TMC says that the allegations made by the BJP leader are baseless. Priyanka Gandhi's cavalcade went through a minor collision at Hapur road but no injuries have been reported.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the "Chauri Chaura" centenary celebrations at Chauri Chaura in Uttar Pradesh via video conferencing on Thursday.
Prime Minister Modi will also release a postal stamp dedicated to the "Chauri Chaura" centenary during the event."
Swedish environmental activist Greta Thunberg, who supported the farmers' protest in India through a tweet, has landed herself in a controversy after her post was deleted on the micro-blogging platform leaving the netizens agitated. She has updated the 'toolkit' released for the people who do not know about the ongoing farmer's protest.
Opposition parties have reached the Ghazipur border to interact with the farmers. Heavy barricading has been done across the area where farmers have been protesting and forces have also been deployed.
