PM Modi To Inaugurate Fertilizer Plant, Lay Foundation Stone For Multiple Projects In Telangana


Prime Minister Narendra Modi would dedicate to the nation a fertilizer plant at Ramagundam in Telangana on Saturday, besides inaugurating and laying the foundation stone for multiple development projects in the state, as reported by the news agency PTI.


Modi would inaugurate the RFCL fertilizer plant at Ramagundam in Peddapalli district which has been revived at a cost of Rs 6,338 crore, Union Tourism Minister G Kishan Reddy said in a tweet.


Commercial production in the plant began last year.


Modi would also inaugurate 54.1 km of the railway line from Bhadrachalam Road to Sattupalli built with a budget of Rs 990 crore.


The PM will lay the foundation stone of various road projects which would be taken up with a budget of Rs 2,268 crore.


Modi will address a public meeting at the Begumpet airport here on Saturday soon after his arrival, BJP sources said.


NDMC To Organise Its Next Suvidha Camp At NDMC Convention Centre: Officials


The NDMC on Saturday will organise a Suvidha camp to hear people’s complaints and suggestions about civic services in localities under its jurisdiction, officials said.


The Suvidha camp helpdesks of the various departments will aim to redress the grievances of service users, employees, RWAs, MTAs, and residents of NDMC, they said.


The camp will be held from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm on the second Saturday of every month at NDMC Convention Centre and on the fourth Saturday of every month at RWAs centres, the authority said in a statement.


According to a statement, the camp will address complaints related to new electricity connection and disconnection, load enhancement and reduction, name change and transfer, property tax, and birth and death certificate.


The civic authority will also hear matters concerning its serving and retired employees, water logging, sanitation, waste disposal, road repairs, widow pension, old age pension, handicapped pension, booking of Barat Ghar and parks, and any other services offered by NDMC.
