Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Wednesday declined to speak on Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's disqualification from the Lok Sabha, saying he avoided doing so in matters involving court order.

Congress To Launch 'Jai Bharat Satyagraha' Today:
The Congress party will launch the "Jai Bharat Satyagraha" on Wednesday (March 29) to protest former party president Rahul Gandhi's conviction and disqualification, and to express its determination to continue raising people's voices against the looting of people's money and national wealth, according to a statement.
"Launch of Jai Bharat Satyagraha in protest of Shri Rahul Gandhi's erroneous conviction and disqualification, and to express the Congress Party's resolve to keep raising the voice of the people against Modani's (Modi- Adani's) blatant loot of the people's money and nation's wealth," the grand old party said in a statement on Tuesday.
The protest, which will begin today, will last until April 8, according to the statement, and during the demonstrations, all block/mandal party units will hold Nukkad Sabhas under the Jai Bharat Satyagraha banner and address the public on relevant issues.
MCD Special Meet For Civic Budget To Resume On Wednesday:
A special meeting arranged at the headquarters of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi on Tuesday to debate and deliberate on the civic budget was adjourned for the day shortly after it began.
