Gangadhar, the boy's father and a security guard had taken him to his workplace and the dogs attacked the boy while he was roaming alone.

India, Singapore PMs To Witness Real-Time Payment Systems Linkage On Tuesday
On February 21 morning, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong will witness the debut of cross-border connection between India's Unified Payments Interface (UPI) and Singapore's PayNow, according to the Union Finance Ministry.
The session will be held through video conference at 11 a.m. (IST), according to a release.
The cross-border link will be launched by Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Governor Shaktikanta Das and Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) managing director Ravi Menon, according to the statement.

Odisha Budget Session To Begin On Feb 21
The Odisha Legislative Assembly's budget session will begin on Tuesday.
