Rajasthan has reported its first suspected case of monkeypox. A 20-year-old, exhibiting symptoms of the disease, has been admitted to a government hospital here and his samples have been sent to the National Institute of Virology in Pune, Dr. Ajit Singh, Superintendent of Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, said. The youth is suffering from fever for the last four days and has rashes on his body, reported news agency PTI.

An FIR has been registered against Sanjay Raut in Mumbai for allegedly threatening Swapna Patkar, wife of Sujit Patkar who is a close aide of the Shiv Sena leader. Gujarat: Arvind Kejriwal To Address Public Rally In Saurashtra
Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convener Arvind Kejriwal will address a public meeting and visit the temple at Veraval in Rajkot in Gujarat's Saurashtra region, Gujarat AAP's general secretary Manoj Sorathiya said as reported by news agency PTI.
"Kejriwal will arrive at Porbandar airport at 1 pm tomorrow. From there, he will leave for Veraval in Gir Somnath district," he said.
This will be Kejriwal's second visit to Rajkot in a week, while his fourth visit to the state in a month.
Price Rise Debate In Lok Sabha On Monday: Sources
After the two weeks of the Monsoon Session saw utter chaos in both the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, there can be a discussion in the Lok Sabha regarding inflation in the Parliament on Monday, political sources said as reported by news agency PTI. On the other hand, the productivity of the Rajya Sabha has come down significantly due to the uproar. Due to this, more than 40 hours of time has been wasted in the Rajya Sabha.
Inflation will be discussed in the Lok Sabha on Monday under Rule 193. Although the opposition parties had raised the issue of price hikes in the Rajya Sabha as well, it is not included in the agenda of the Rajya Sabha on Monday. Two bills are listed in the Rajya Sabha on Monday. One of these includes the Weapons of Mass Destruction and their Distribution System (Prohibition of Unlawful Activities) Amendment Bill, 2022 and the other Indian Antarctic Bill, 2022.
