'Har Ghar Tiranga' Campaign From Aug 13 To 15


Prime Minister Narendra Modi has called upon citizens to engage in the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' movement from August 13 to 15, promoting the display of the national flag as a symbol of freedom and national unity. In a message shared on X, formerly known as Twitter, PM Modi underlined the emotional connection every Indian shares with the Tricolour, stating that it serves as an inspiration for collective efforts towards national progress.


"Every Indian has an emotional connect with the Tricolour and it inspires us to work harder to further national progress. I urge you all to take part in the #HarGharTiranga movement between 13th to 15th August. Upload your photos with the Tiranga here... harghartiranga.com," PM Modi tweeted. 


Haryana's Department of Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Affairs is preparing to launch the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign, which will distribute five lakh national flags across the state from August 13 to 15. According to an official statement, the goal of this initiative is to instill patriotism in citizens and to celebrate the collective journey of building the nation.


Haryana Violence: Internet Ban To Continue In Nuh Till August 13


The Haryana government prolonged the suspension of mobile internet and SMS services in the Nuh area till August 13 on Friday.


According to the Haryana Home Secretary's directive, the situation in the area is still "critical and tense."


"Whereas it has been brought to my notice by Deputy Commissioner Nuh that the law andorder situation has been reviewed and the conditions are still critical and tense in thedistrict," the statement said.


"And whereas, after assessment of the current prevailing law and order situation as well asrecommendation of the Deputy Commissioner, Nuh, I am of the considered view that thereis a clear potential for disruption of public utilities, damage to public assets and amenitiesand disturbance of public law and order in district Nuh on account of misuse of the internetservices by way of the spread of inflammatory material and false rumours, which arebeing/could be transmitted and circulated to the public through social media/ messagingservices on mobile internet service, SMS services and other dongle services," the statement added.
