New Delhi: For those eyeing a transition into BS6 cars , it is the opportune time as the festive season has kicked in and automobile companies have started offering massive discounts to attract buyers as the sales remain subdued due to pandemic. Most auto companies have started unveiling exciting offers to attract customers with cash cash offer, exchange bonus and corporate discounts. Mahindra: The homegrown auto manufacturer, Mahindra has unveiled plans in which buyers can avail up to Rs 3 lakh discounts on cars ranging from XUV300 to Alturas G4 SUV.  You can avail a cash discount of ₹ 2.4 lakh on its flagship model SUV Alturas G4. Besides you can also get an exchange bonus and corporate offer up to ₹ 50,000 and up to ₹ 15,000 respectively. The Mahindra XUV500 can be purchased with a cash discount of up to ₹ 12,760 and an exchange benefit of up to ₹ 30,000. Apart from these offers, the carmaker is also providing a corporate discount of up to ₹ 9,000 along with accessories worth ₹ 5,000. These offers are applicable across all trims of the XUV500.



Honda:  Even Honda dealers are showering discounts and other benefits on models ranging from Rs 20,000 to Rs 2.50 lakh. You can avail a discount of up to Rs 1 lakh on all the petrol versions and up to Rs 2.50 lakh on the all the diesel versions of the Civic. Recently the company has launched the updated BS6 Civic diesel in the VX and ZX trim-levels with minimal price hike. The newly launched Honda WR-V BS6 can be purchased with discounts and avail a flat cash discount of up to Rs 20,000 on the WR-V petrol and diesel variants.



Hyundai:  The South Korean automaker is also giving discounts and benefits ranging up to Rs 60,000 on its range of sedans and hatchbacks. The company’s premium hatchback offering i20 has undergone an upgrade to BS6, and been reduced to a petrol only model in a choice of three variants and with only a manual gearbox. You can easily avail a benefits of up to Rs 60,000 on the i20 depending on the variant. It is expected to launch the all-new i20 here in a few months which will witness the diesel engine version and a petrol automatic variant.



Maruti: Those who are keen on buying Maruti Ignis can avail a cash discount of Rs 25,000 with Sigma trim and Rs 10,000 for Zeta trim. Not just this you can also get a discount of Rs 20,000 on Delta and Alpha models. Maruti Suzuki has already updated the car in accordance with BS-VI norms. The Ignis hatchback is powered by a 1.2-litre petrol engine only and offers both manual and AMT gearbox options.
