Aston Martin has recently unveiled its latest edition of the DB series, the DB11. It is a direct successor to James Bond’s DB10, which made an appearance in the movie Spectre. The is aesthetically soothing to the eyes and is designed keeping the aerodynamics as the primary concern.
The 5.2-litre twin-turbocharged V12 engine helps this beauty to attain the crown of 'the most powerful DB model ever'. The car will be priced around INR 1.46 crore in the UK and INR 1.5 crore in Germany. Deliveries of the DB11 will begin in the fourth quarter of 2016.
On the inside, the DB11 has 2 touchscreen units - a 12” TFT LCD display and another is a 8” TFT screen. The former presents the primary vehicle with vital information, whereas the latter is sincerely dedicated towards the infotainment system. It also supports an auto-park assist feature, with a 360-degree bird's-eye view camera which aids the driver with parking his ride, without any additional hassle.
The car runs on a 5.2-litre twin-turbocharged V12 engine. Coupled to a 8-speed automatic ZF transmission, it is good for 600bhp and 700Nm of torque.
The car also has multiple driver dynamic modes - GT, Sport and Sport Plus. The car has a 0-100kmph time of 3.9sec and a top speed of 322kmph.
