ABP - CVoter Survey: As the Bharatiya Janata Party completes two years of his second term and seven years in total at the Centre, ABP News along with C-Voter conducted a survey to gauge the mood of nation and understand how it rates Union government’s overall performance.
During the survey, people were asked what is the biggest achievement of the Modi government. In response, people shared their views on various historic decisions and policies taken by the Modi government.
As per the results drawn post analysis of data collected from the survey, it was found that respondents were very much satisfied with the decisions regarding Article-370 of the Indian Constitution and construction of Ram mandir. Some people also described the Citizenship (Amendment) Act 2019 as one the major achievements of the Modi-led government.
What is the biggest achievement of Modi 2.0?
Removal of Article 370
54 per cent of urban and 45 per cent of rural people said the removal of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir was the biggest achievement of Modi government.
When the people of the country were asked whether the situation in Jammu and Kashmir improved in two years? In response, 67 per cent of the urban and 56 per cent of the villagers voted in favour, while 17 per cent urban and 21 per cent rural said otherwise.
When asked if abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir has resolved issues in the region, 55 per cent of the urban and 49 per cent of the rural stood in favour, whereas 30 per cent urban and 30 per cent villagers condemned the move.
Ram Mandir
20 per cent urban and 25 per cent villagers said that Ram Mandir was the biggest achievement of Modi-led government.
Citizenship (Amendment) Act, 2019
5 per cent urban and 6 per cent rural population described the Citizenship (Amendment) Act as the major achievement.
Triple Talaq
6 per cent of the urban population and 6 per cent of the rural population described the triple talaq as achievement.
