The development has come after a video clip went viral on social media where Yati Narsinghanand Saraswati urged Hindus to be fearless in highlighting the characteristics of Prophet Muhammad.

According to reports, Yati Narsinghanand Saraswati while speaking at an event held at the Press Club of India, said "Hindus need not be afraid of speaking about Muhammad. We are Hindus. If we can talk about the characteristics of Lord Ram, and other Hindu deities, then Muhammad is nothing for us. Why can't we speak truth about Muhammad?"
