Hema Malini reveals Esha Deol and Bharat Takhtani's newborn baby girl's name!

When asked why she and Dharmendra were missing from the hospital pictures, she told HT - We didn’t go to the hospital because Bharat’s family went and brought her home. We were at home, making the preparations to welcome the baby. The first thing we did was aarti according to the Hindu tradition. Outside, my staff was celebrating with phuljhadis. But we didn’t burst more crackers, as we did not want to disturb the child with the noise and also because it would have led to so much pollution

The name Radhya comes from Radha, which has got people in Mathura, Hema’s constituency as an MP, excited. “My Mathura people are very happy. Krishna ki nagri hai, toh Radha Rani is important there.”

While Nani Hema and Nana Dharmendra are on cloud nine with the arrival of their second grand child, the happy Takhtani family was captured on cameras at the hospital taking their munchkin home.

Esha's younger sister Ahana is already a mother of a son named Darien Vohra who was born in 2015 and now Hema shares how excited are the new Mommy-Daddy Esha and Bharat with the arrival of their princess. They are so excited, almost as if they have a little new toy to play with!

Hema further reveals the baby's name to HT saying, Esha is doing well, and the newborn baby girl, whom Esha and her husband Bharat Takhtani have decided to name Radhya, is so sweet and lovely-looking, like a little doll!

Married in 2012, the couple took their daughter home from Hinduja hospital where she was born and now the grand mother Hema Malini has expressed her immenge joy over arrival of her grand daughter.
