Soon one of the most anticipated official days for women is coming. Women's Day, is the day that has been celebrated as a day of power, is the day when women are celebrated for their great achievements and recognised for their challenges, rights, and gender.

"We should observe and honour their efforts and achievements every single moment, and we should never wait to celebrate those priceless moments," makeup artist Sahibba K Anand told ABP Live.

We live in a society of mixed behavior, mentality, culture, and religion, but respecting a woman from the bottom of one's heart has been taught since childhood, resulting in a great gentleman from a great mother. "And I am sure such refined and pleasing gentlemen must have planned a fantastic night or day date for their lovely woman, or she can very well plan a celebration on her own too. So, girls, whoop it up, paint the town red, and cheers to your day," she added.

The date venues are sorted, and the wonderful ladies are all set with their gorgeous dresses too. So when everything is selected and sorted, why not makeup? Sahibba further explained how you can achieve that perfect and flawless makeover look for your special Women’s Day date.

"2023 is all about subtle eye makeup with more emphasis on the skin. The first step to ensuring good-looking skin is taking care of skin prep. No, I’m not telling you to do the 83-product step-by-step that a lot of celebrities are vouching for. Cleansing, followed by a vitamin C serum, followed by a moisturizer, is a must," she said.

According to Sahibba, if your moisturiser doesn’t contain SPF, then apply the sunscreen after. Follow this up with your makeup procedure and end with a makeup fixer spray. My go-to is still Mac prep+prime! Let's get ready for the bang, which will ensure that Women’s Day has been invented only because you are this adorable, gorgeously powerful, and beautiful like an angel.

If You Are Out For A Celebration Dinner:

If you’re planning to go out for a "Dinner Date", dazzle the world by highlighting your features. Two steps are critical in this process: Contouring and Highlighting. Go for a cream contour (Fenty’s sticks are the best!) and ensure you blend the contour to enhance your cheekbones, jawline, and nose, and add a little warmth around the hairline as well. Follow this up with a finishing powder. For highlighting, get that gorgeous glow using a shimmer highlighter (ensure it is not glittery) - in love with Becca’s champagne pop. It's unlike anything else! Apply this at all the high points of the face: the cheekbones, across the nose, and a little in the middle of the forehead, blending upwards and outwards.

If You Are Planning A Walk In A Park Or Visiting Any Outdoor Place:

If you’re planning to do something outdoorsy this Women's Day, ensure you apply SPF if you’re stepping out during the day. La Shield is my fav- it’s gwl based and super lightweight. Go easy on the makeup and keep it super subtle. Remember though—you can’t go wrong with a bold lip! So amp up your look with a warm brown, a deep red, or a cute pink.

If You're Planning A Celebration Night At Home:

Even if you’re planning a celebration night at home, you can definitely dress up—it’s a special day, after all! Add a little sparkle and make your skin look dewy. The best way to add glitter to the eyes is by using clear mascara and dabbing on the glitter. Once it has dried, you can finish up with eyeliner and some mascara. Wishing you love, magic, and sparkles this Women's Day!
