New Delhi: Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently became the proud owner of a beautiful mansion in Hyderabad valued at Rs 7.8 crore, as per news reports. The three-bedroom duplex is said to be on the 13th and 14th floors of Jayabheri Orange County. Samantha, who will soon be seen in 'Kushi' with Vijay Deverakonda, has purchased a beautiful property that is laden with facilities.
According to a real estate data analytics firm, CRE Matrix, the property is said to have six parking slots. "The property has a super built-up area of 7,944 sq ft, with 3,920 sq ft on the 13th floor and 4,024 sq ft on the 14th floor," the description reads.
Additionally, Samantha also owns an opulent home in Jubilee Hills, where she previously resided with her ex-husband, Naga Chaitanya. Presently, she has been living in the house with her two puppies, Hash and Saasha, after their divorce in 2021.
Not just these, Samantha is also said to have purchased a Rs 15 crore property in Mumbai, with her net worth estimated to be about Rs 100 crore. She also owns luxury vehicles such as a Land Rover Range Rover Vogue and a BMW 7 Series, among other things.

According to the Jayabheri Group website, "Jayabheri Orange County is a premium residential gated community project comprising hi-end 3 & 4 BHK apartments spread across four, 14 storey towers. It also houses a duplex sky villa on the 13th and 14th floors."
Speaking about its amenities, the website said that the project offers an abundance of open spaces, adding a world-class clubhouse that offers a plethora of lifestyle amenities including a large swimming pool, indoor games, multipurpose court, well-appointed gymnasium and health club, auditorium and many more facilities.
On the work front, the actress is now filming Citadel, which she will co-star in with Varun Dhawan. The series will debut on Amazon Prime Video. 'Citadel,' directed by Raj and DK, is the Indian adaptation of the worldwide series of the same name.
