New Delhi: Nandini Gupta, a 19-year-old from Rajasthan, has been crowned Miss India 2023, while Shreya Poonja from Delhi, was declared the first runner-up and Thounaojam Strela Luwang from Maniour was the second runner-up. Together, these young ladies exemplify India's beauty and diversity, and their accomplishments are a source of pride for both their home states and the nation as a whole.
Speaking of Nandini, she will next represent India at Miss World 2023, which is scheduled to be held in the United Arab Emirates.
The official Instagram handle of Miss India announced Nandini Gupta as the winner of the 2023 pageant and wrote, "WORLD - here she comes! Nandini Gupta has conquered our stage and taken over our hearts with her magnetism, charm, endurance and beauty! We’re so proud and can’t wait to see her on the Miss World stage! Miss India Nandini Gupta hails from Kota in Rajasthan and is known to have achieved a great feat in the world of beauty pageants. At the young age of 19, she has already carved her niche. Speaking of her education, Nandini Gupta has a strong educational background with a bachelor's in business management from Lala Lajpat Rai College. Her success is a testament to her brain, tenacity, and labour. Prior to her graduation, she attended St. Paul's Senior Secondary School.

The grand finale of Femina Miss India 2023 was held on April 15 at the Indoor Stadium, Khuman Lampak, Imphal, Manipur. It was a star-studded affair and celebrities like Ananya Pandey and Kartik Aaryan were also present there. Additionally, the grand event was hosted by Bhumi Pednekar and Maniesh Paul.
