1 - To make Broccoli Soup, you first need a cup of broccoli florets. That means, remove the stalk from the broccoli and take out its upper part.
2 - Now heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan, add ¼ cup onion and fry on medium flame for 1 minute.
3 - Now add broccoli and fry for 2 minutes.
3- Add 1 cup of water to it and fry on a medium flame for 4 minutes and turn off the gas.
4- Let it cool and put it in a mixer and make it pyuria.
5- Now put 2 tbsp butter in the pan and add 2 tbsp all-purpose flour and fry it for 30 seconds. Keep in mind that the flour should not burn.
6- Now add 2 cups of milk and cook on medium flame while stirring with the help of a whisk for 5 minutes.
