Make Kasuri Methi at home 


Step 1: To make kasuri methi at home, first select green fenugreek leaves.


Step 2: Now separate the leaves from the stalk and choose the leaves of good fenugreek.


Step 3: Wash fenugreek 2-3 times well in water.


Step 4: Now dry fenugreek in a strainer or on a thick cloth.


Step 5: After the water has dried, place it on a microwave tray and spread it.


Step 6: Now leave microwave on high heat for about 3 minutes.


Step 7: Now take out the tray and turn the fenugreek over once and microwave again for 3 minutes.


Step 8: Now turn the fenugreek over again and spread and microwave on high heat for 2 minutes.


Step 9: Now take out the fenugreek and let it cool a little, then crush it by hand and store it in an air tight container.


Step 10: This way fenugreek will last throughout the year and the fragrance will also remain intact.


Step 11: Now you can make kasuri methi even without microwave. 


Step 12: For this, wash the fenugreek and spread it well on the newspaper when the water dries up.
