Although some make cheese from sour milk, most throw away the water after straining the cheese. It is important to note that the water from sour milk is also rich in nutrients and can be consumed.

You can also use this water to boil noodles and pasta. 


4- Cook vegetables Sour milk can also be used to cook vegetables You can also prepare the Indian paneer dish from the cheese collected from the sour milk. This paneer will be loaded with proteins.
