Nutrition For Women Fitness: With ageing, women need to take more care of their health. Vitamin and Nutrient deficiencies are said to be more common in women than in men. Vitamin E is essential for making your skin, hair and nails beautiful. Vitamin E also helps remove wrinkles and blemishes. Foods like Almonds, Peanuts, Butter and Spinach are rich in Vitamin E.  



3- Vitamin B9- There are many changes which take place in women's bodies during pregnancy. The body needs more Vitamins during pregnancy. Lack of vitamins may cause a number of issues during childbirth. During pregnancy, women should consume foods like Beans, Grains, Yeast, etc., which are rich in Vitamin B9 (Folic Acid) to take care of themselves and the baby. 4- Vitamin A- Women have to go through a major hormonal changes between the age of 40 and 45. At this age, women face a number of health issues, including menopause. It helps in preventing the problem of excessive blood loss. In such a situation, it is recommended to include food rich in Vitamin K in your diet, like Soybean Oil and Green Vegetables.  



6- Vitamin B12- Vitamin B12 deficiency is one which is found in most women. Vitamin B12 helps plays a crucial role in keeping your heart healthy and make your skin beautiful and soft. Vitamin B12 helps control of blood supply in your body and strengthen your hair. Vitamin B12 is also essential to increase metabolism and strengthen immunity. It also helps protect women from breast, colon, lung and prostate cancer. You can make up for Vitamin B12 deficiency by including foods like egg, cheese, milk, yogurt, soy milk and chicken, fish in your diet.
