Peanut, a rescued eastern grey squirrel who became an Instagram sensation after being adopted by Mark Longo in 2017. However, in October 2024, the New York Department of Environmental Conservation seized him due to complaints about unsafe housing and the illegal keeping of wild animals. Tragically, Peanut and his companion Fred were euthanised on November 1 after a biting incident during the raid.

Pesto is a baby king penguin who loves at the Sea Life Melbourne Aquarium. Pesto has captured hearts with his massive size and fluffy feathers. At just 6 months old, the penguin weighed 22.5 kilograms, making him the biggest king penguin baby at the aquarium.
