Ingredients for Apple Rabdi:


Apples - 3


Milk - 1-litre 


Sugar - 4 tsp 


Green cardamom - 1/4 teaspoon 


Almonds - 8 


Pistachios - 8-10


Recipe for making Apple Rabdi:


Step 1: Add milk to a large container and let it boil. 


Step 2: Keep it on the flame until the milk is reduced to half of its actual quantity. 


Step 3: Lower the heat and add sugar. 


Step 4: Let the mixture cook on a low flame. Keep stirring it continuously. 


Step 5: Peel the apples and grate them. 


Step 6: When the milk content is further reduced, add grated apples and mix well. 


Step 7: Cook the mixture for 3 to 4 minutes.


Step 8: Add cardamom powder, almonds, and pistachios. 


Step 9: Remove it from the flame and empty the mix in a bowl. Place the remaining apple slices around it.
