Lunar Eclipse 2021: The lunar eclipse is considered a major astronomical event in astrology. During the lunar eclipse, the moon becomes afflicted, due to which its auspicious results are not obtained. In astrology, the Moon is considered the factor of the mind. 


In the year 2021, two lunar eclipses will occur, out of which one lunar eclipse has taken place on May 26. Now the second lunar eclipse will take place.

1- Timings


According to the Panchang, the second and last lunar eclipse of the year will take place on November 19, 2021. The lunar eclipse will take place at around 11.30 pm. The lunar eclipse will end at 05:33 in the evening.


2- Taurus people should be careful
The lunar eclipse on November 19 will be in Taurus. Therefore, the people of Taurus need to be very careful. The maximum effect of lunar eclipse will be seen only on Taurus. Krittika Nakshatra will remain during the lunar eclipse. According to the Panchang, this day will be the full moon day of Shukla Paksha of Kartik month.


3- Sutak period
The Sutak period is considered important during the eclipse. But according to the scriptures, the Sutak period is considered effective only when there is a condition of total eclipse. This time the lunar eclipse will be a shadow eclipse. When the Moon comes out without coming into the actual shadow of the Earth, it is called a shadow eclipse. When the Moon enters the actual shadow of the earth, then the condition of a total lunar eclipse is created. Sutak period is not valid in shadow eclipse. When a complete lunar eclipse takes place, the Sutak period starts before 9 hours. During a solar eclipse, the Sutak period starts before 12 hours. Auspicious work is not done during Sutak period. During this period, one should remember God.
