  • Printed Dhurries (A dhurrie is an Indian or Pakistani handwoven rug or a thin flat carpet, an item of home furnishing): Go for strong colours and established designs, printed in order to catch the eye and complement your Navratri decor. These rugs not just add warmth but also make the space more special and beautiful.

  • DIY Lanterns: Make your lanterns the way you want, using paint and glass containers. Add some LED candles or string lights inside to make them glitter. Laminate them and place some in the corners of your house for such a spirited moment.

  • Diya Decor: Use conventional old diyas (earthen lamps) as ornamentation inside your home. Give them a makeover so that they attract the beholder with their brightness or add mirrors and beads to them for a festive decorative effect.
